The rubber cover is excellent for wet weather because it doesn't absorb water like traditional synthetic or leather covers. It also provides a high level of grip, which helps keep you securely in position even when you are riding in the rain.

The 135mm width is considered a narrow profile, which is typically best for riders with narrower sit bones or those who prefer a more aggressive, aerodynamic riding position. If you have wider sit bones, you may find this saddle lacks the necessary support for long-distance comfort.

The Scorch uses standard straight carbon rails, which are compatible with most modern seatposts. However, because these are carbon rails, ensure your seatpost clamp is compatible with oval or round carbon rail profiles to avoid damaging the material.

The foam padding is designed to be firm and supportive rather than plush. It offers enough cushioning to dampen road vibration without being so soft that it compromises your pedaling efficiency or causes chafing over time.
