The Kink Launch features sealed integrated headset and bottom bracket bearings, which are significantly more durable and smoother than the unsealed 'loose ball' bearings found on many entry-level bikes. They require less maintenance and keep your ride feeling crisp for longer.

The Hi-Ten steel frame keeps the bike affordable and durable enough for learning, though it is heavier than the 100% chromoly frames found on pro-level bikes. To balance this, Kink uses a 4130 chromoly steerer tube on the fork, which reinforces the most critical stress point on the front end.

While the Launch is built for street and park riding, it can handle light dirt jumps. However, its geometry and 2.4-inch tires are optimized for pavement and concrete transitions rather than loose dirt trails.

The Launch comes with a standard 20-inch wheel size and a geometry suited for the average rider. It is a one-size-fits-most platform, designed to be nimble and easy to maneuver for riders developing their skills.
