Hareline Para Rabbit Feet

Rabbit feet are primarily used for streamers and nymphs where you want lifelike movement. They are excellent for tying Zonker-style flies, leech patterns, and articulated streamers that require a pulsing action in the water.

The fur on these feet is generally denser and slightly shorter than what you find on standard rabbit strips. This makes them ideal for smaller patterns or for adding specific texture and bulk to the head or thorax of a fly.

These are professionally processed and ready to use right out of the package. You do not need to treat the hide further, though you may want to trim the fur to your desired length depending on the fly pattern.

You can use both. The hide is durable enough to be cut into strips for tails or bodies, while the fur provides the movement. It is a versatile material that allows you to utilize the entire piece for different sections of your fly.

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the hide from drying out or becoming brittle. Keeping them in a sealed bag with a cedar chip or moth preventative is recommended to protect the natural fibers from pests.
