Tory Leather Stirrup Leathers

The width you choose depends on your saddle's stirrup bars. Most English saddles are designed for 1-inch leathers, but some close-contact or specialized saddles require the narrower 3/4-inch width to fit properly through the stirrup bar.

While these leathers are made from high-quality, durable hide, they are not pre-stretched. You may experience a small amount of natural stretching during the initial break-in period, which is standard for genuine leather tack.

To maintain the integrity of the leather, clean them regularly with a quality leather soap and follow up with a leather conditioner. Avoid using harsh oils, which can soften the leather too much and cause premature stretching.

The 54-inch length is typically suitable for children or shorter adults, while the 60-inch length is standard for most average-height adults. If you are taller or have a saddle with longer flaps, you may prefer the 60-inch option to ensure you have enough adjustment room.

Tory Leather offers classic equestrian shades: Black, Havana, and Oakbark. While these are industry-standard colors, leather dye lots can vary slightly, so they may not be a perfect match if your saddle is significantly worn or from a different manufacturer.
