NRS Maverick Gloves

The HydroCuff is designed to create a snug seal around your wrist, which is highly effective at preventing paddle drip from running down your arm and into the glove. While no glove is 100% waterproof if you fully submerge your arm, this cuff significantly minimizes water entry during standard paddling strokes.

Despite the 2mm neoprene construction, these gloves are designed for dexterity. The four-way stretch interior and pre-curved finger construction allow for natural hand movement, so you shouldn't feel like you're fighting the material to grip your paddle.

The RawHide palm material is specifically engineered for high-friction performance. It provides a reliable, tacky grip on your paddle shaft, even when the gloves are wet, which helps reduce the need to over-grip and prevents hand fatigue.

These gloves are built for cold-weather paddling, using 2mm neoprene with a titanium laminate to reflect heat back to your skin. They are excellent for chilly, shoulder-season conditions, though if you are paddling in extreme, sub-freezing arctic environments, you might need a thicker, dedicated winter mitt.

To extend the life of your gloves, rinse them thoroughly with fresh water after every use, especially if you've been in saltwater. Allow them to air dry completely out of direct sunlight, as UV rays can degrade the neoprene over time.
