Keeper Goals Anchor Weight

This anchor is specifically designed to slide directly into the existing stake pockets on your goal frame. It uses the weight of the steel itself to secure the goal, eliminating the need for traditional ground stakes.

While these are engineered primarily for artificial turf where you cannot stake into the ground, they work perfectly fine on natural grass as well. They are an excellent option if you want to avoid digging up the pitch or if the soil is too hard for standard stakes.

For standard movable soccer goals, we recommend using at least two anchors per goal—one for each side of the frame—to ensure balanced stability. Depending on the size of your goal and local safety regulations, you may want to add more for extra security.

The powder-coated finish is designed to be weather-resistant and durable against the elements. However, like any steel product, it is best practice to inspect them periodically for chips or scratches that could expose the metal to moisture.

Each unit weighs 28 lbs, which is substantial enough to hold a goal in place but manageable for most adults to lift and reposition. Because they fit into the stake pockets, you can easily remove them when you need to transport or store your goals.
