These spikes are specifically engineered for compacted soil where standard pegs might struggle to penetrate or hold. While they will work in grass, their primary design advantage is providing stability in harder, more challenging ground conditions.

This set includes four spikes, which is the standard amount needed to secure one portable lacrosse goal. We recommend using one at each corner of the goal frame to ensure maximum stability and prevent tipping.

No complex tools are required. Because of their steel construction and design, you can typically drive them into the ground using a standard mallet or hammer.

These are designed to be universal for portable athletic goals. As long as your goal frame has a base that allows for a stake to be driven through or around it, these heavy-duty steel spikes should provide a secure hold.

While they are durable enough to withstand the elements, they are designed as a portable solution. If you need a permanent installation, you might consider a concrete footing, but for seasonal or field-rotation use, these are meant to be removed and reinstalled as needed.
