While rocker profiles are typically looser, the Formula Rocker includes Grip Tech, which adds contact points underfoot to create a more reliable edge hold. It provides surprising stability on firmer snow, though it won't feel as locked-in as a traditional camber board.

The medium flex and forgiving rocker profile make this a very approachable board for intermediates looking to progress. Beginners can certainly learn on it, but it offers enough performance and responsiveness to keep an advanced rider entertained across the whole mountain.

The true twin shape means the board is symmetrical, which is essential if you ride switch or practice freestyle tricks. If you strictly ride forward, it won't hinder you, but you aren't utilizing the board's full design potential.

The sintered base is faster and more durable than an extruded base, but it is more porous and requires regular waxing to maintain its performance. If you don't wax your board often, the base can dry out and become slower.

It is a true all-mountain deck. While the rocker profile gives it great float in powder, the medium flex and twin shape make it perfectly capable of handling park laps, side hits, and general freestyle riding.
