This assembly is specifically engineered for RockShox Deluxe and Super Deluxe air rear shocks with a stroke length between 57.5mm and 65mm. It is designed for trunnion-mounted shocks from the 2023 model year and newer, so please verify your shock's specific model year and mounting style before purchasing.

Replacing a damper shaft assembly requires specialized tools and a solid understanding of suspension internals, including oil bleeding and seal installation. If you are comfortable performing advanced suspension service, it is a straightforward task, but if you lack the proper tools or experience, we recommend having a professional mechanic handle the installation to ensure safety and performance.

While this assembly includes the shaft, it does not necessarily include all the seals required to stop a leak. If your shock is leaking oil, you likely need a full seal kit in addition to this shaft assembly to address the root cause of the leak.

You should consider replacing the shaft if you notice visible scratches, scoring, or pitting on the shaft surface, which can damage seals and cause air or oil leaks.
