While the Skunk Ape is built with a refined nose for excellent float in deep snow, it is a versatile all-mountain board. Its stiff flex and Magne-Traction edge technology provide the stability and grip needed for confident carving on hardpack and resort runs.

The Skunk Ape is specifically engineered for larger riders, featuring a wide waist width of 26.8 cm. This design is intended to eliminate toe and heel drag for riders with larger boot sizes, allowing you to carve deeply without catching an edge.

The C2X contour combines rocker between your feet with camber underfoot. This gives you the float and playfulness of a rocker profile in soft snow, while the camber zones provide the power, pop, and edge hold required for high-speed riding.

With a flex rating of 7, this board is on the stiffer side, which prioritizes stability and control at speed over pure park flexibility. While you can certainly take it through the park, it is designed more for aggressive all-mountain riding rather than jibbing or technical rail work.
