Unlike traditional honeycomb structures that can break down or create dead spots over time, the Fiber Infused Rebounding Elastomer (FIRE) core is a solid, consistent material. This design provides a more uniform feel across the entire face and enhances durability, ensuring the paddle maintains its performance characteristics longer.

The Ripple V2 is designed to bridge the gap between both. While it features a high power level for aggressive shots, the elastomer core provides enough touch and dampening to maintain control during dink rallies at the kitchen.

This material is widely considered the gold standard for spin generation. The raw, textured surface grips the ball upon contact, allowing you to impart more spin on your serves, drives, and drop shots compared to smooth or painted paddle faces.

The 16.5-inch elongated shape provides extra reach and leverage, which is ideal for players who want more power on overheads and serves. However, it requires a slightly more precise swing, as the sweet spot is distributed differently than on a standard wide-body paddle.
