The Cranny is designed as a universal-fit bag intended to sit in various locations within your frame's main triangle. Because bike frames vary significantly in geometry, it is best to measure your available space to ensure the bag's dimensions align with your frame's tubing.

The bag uses a secure strap-based attachment system that wraps around your frame tubes. While the straps are designed to be stable, we recommend using frame protection tape or clear adhesive film on your bike's finish where the straps make contact to prevent any rubbing or cosmetic wear.

The Cranny is constructed from durable, weather-resistant materials designed to handle road spray and light rain. However, it is not fully submersible or seam-sealed, so you should keep sensitive electronics or valuables in a dry bag inside the main compartment during heavy downpours.

Depending on the size of your frame and the placement of your bottle cages, there may be some interference. The Cranny's slim profile helps minimize this, but on smaller frames, you might need to switch to side-entry bottle cages or smaller bottles to maintain easy access.

Since the bag features a single main compartment, it works best for bulkier items like tools, tubes, or extra layers. To keep smaller items from rattling or getting lost at the bottom, consider using small accessory pouches or wrapping tools in a rag.
