PRO-TAC GRIP

The PRO-TAC uses a denser foam construction compared to standard overgrips, which provides a more substantial, cushioned feel in the hand. Its proprietary PU formula is specifically engineered for higher tackiness, giving you a more secure hold on the racquet handle.

While the PRO-TAC is designed for maximum tackiness, it is primarily focused on comfort and grip security. If you have extremely sweaty hands, you may find the tackiness wears down faster, so you might prefer a grip specifically marketed as 'dry' or 'absorbent'.

Installation is straightforward and follows the standard wrap method used for most tennis grips. Simply remove the backing, start at the bottom of the handle, and overlap slightly as you wind it upward toward the throat of the racquet.

Because of the denser foam construction, this grip offers more cushioning than thinner, performance-oriented wraps. If you are very sensitive to handle size, keep in mind that this will slightly increase the overall grip circumference.

The longevity of the tackiness depends on your frequency of play and how much you sweat. Generally, for a club-level player training 2-3 times a week, you can expect the grip to maintain its performance characteristics for several weeks before needing a replacement.
