Leather Replacement Grip

This leather grip provides a much firmer, more direct feel, allowing you to sense the paddle's edges more clearly. Because it is made of cow leather, it is denser than synthetic options, which adds noticeable weight to the handle.

The grip measures 50 inches long and 7/8ths of an inch wide, which is the standard size for most table tennis paddles. It is designed to be wrapped around the handle, so you can adjust the overlap to suit your preferred thickness.

Leather grips are generally less 'tacky' than rubberized synthetic grips. They offer a smooth, classic feel that becomes more secure as your hand warms up, though some players prefer to use a small amount of grip powder if they tend to have sweaty palms.

Because this is 100% cow leather, it is heavier than standard foam or synthetic grips. You should expect a slight shift in the paddle's balance point toward the handle, which can be beneficial if you prefer a more head-light feel.

The installation is similar to any other replacement grip, but leather is less stretchy than synthetic materials. Take your time to maintain consistent tension while wrapping to ensure a smooth, wrinkle-free finish.
