Gallo Acoustics Classico CL-2

The CL-2 uses a cylindrical diaphragm transducer (CDT) ribbon tweeter that disperses sound across a 180-degree arc. Unlike standard dome tweeters, which can be directional, this design creates a much wider, more immersive soundstage that fills the room more evenly.

They are versatile enough for both. While their precise imaging makes them excellent for critical music listening, the enhanced mid-bass response and wide dispersion also provide a dynamic, engaging experience for movie dialogue and sound effects.

For most medium-sized rooms, the CL-2's poly cone woofer provides a satisfying, punchy mid-bass that stands well on its own. However, if you are using them in a large space or prefer deep, cinematic bass for home theater, adding a dedicated subwoofer will help round out the lowest frequencies.

The CL-2 is designed to be compact, standing under 14 inches tall. They are sized perfectly for most standard bookshelves or media consoles, though you will get the best acoustic performance by placing them on dedicated speaker stands away from the wall.

These are standard wired, passive speakers, meaning they require an external amplifier or receiver to function. They are designed to be efficient, so they will pair well with most modern integrated amplifiers or stereo receivers.
