You can absolutely use them as a standalone stereo pair. While they are excellent for home theater, their high-end driver configuration and frequency response make them fully capable of delivering a rich, detailed stereo soundstage on their own.

The RUBIKORE On-Wall is recommended for amplifiers between 20 and 150 Watts. Because they have a nominal impedance of 4 ohms, ensure your amplifier is stable at that load to get the best performance.

This design allows the speaker to handle lower frequencies and midrange frequencies with distinct drivers, while the 'half-way' portion specifically manages the upper-midrange transition. It results in a smoother, more coherent sound that bridges the gap between the woofer and the high-frequency drivers seamlessly.

It is versatile enough for both. Because it is an on-wall design, it is a brilliant space-saver for smaller rooms, but its high-end components and 108 dB maximum SPL mean it has the output and clarity to hold its own in a larger, primary living room setup.

The speaker is designed for straightforward wall mounting, but because it is a high-performance piece of audio equipment, you should ensure it is mounted securely to a solid surface. Since it is a low-profile design, it sits flush against the wall, which helps minimize unwanted vibrations and resonance.

The combination of a 29 mm soft dome tweeter and a 17 x 45 mm planar tweeter allows for a wider dispersion of high frequencies. This means you get a more expansive 'sweet spot' in your listening room, ensuring clear, detailed highs even if you aren't sitting perfectly centered.
