DALI Rubicon Series

You can absolutely use the Rubicon as a dedicated stereo pair. While it is designed for flexible LCR placement, its sound reproduction is precise enough to handle music playback with the same clarity and detail as a traditional stereo speaker.

Because this is a wired, passive speaker, it requires an external amplifier or receiver to function. It is compatible with most standard high-quality home theater receivers or stereo amplifiers, provided they can handle the speaker's power requirements.

The Rubicon is engineered specifically for wall mounting, meaning the cabinet acoustics are tuned to perform optimally in that position. You won't lose the depth or soundstage you'd expect from a larger speaker, as the design compensates for the proximity to the wall.

While you can technically mix brands, we recommend sticking to the same series or at least the same brand for your front soundstage (left, center, and right). This ensures a consistent tonal balance and seamless sound transition as effects move across your room.

The speaker comes with integrated mounting solutions designed for a flush, secure fit against your wall. However, you will need to provide the appropriate screws and anchors for your specific wall type—drywall, brick, or concrete—to ensure a safe installation.
