The coaxial design places the tweeter and the 12-inch mid-bass driver on the same axis, which creates a point-source effect. This ensures that sound waves arrive at your ears simultaneously, resulting in superior imaging and a more cohesive soundstage compared to traditional separate-driver layouts.

It is designed to excel in both environments. While its 131dB max SPL and high-efficiency drivers provide the raw impact needed for large-scale home theaters, its precision and full-spectrum fidelity make it equally capable as a high-end speaker for critical two-channel music listening.

The AMT70 uses an Air Motion Transformer design with DuPont Kapton film to move air more efficiently than a traditional dome. This allows for exceptionally low distortion and high-frequency clarity that remains detailed and crisp even at reference-level volumes.

With a sensitivity of 97dB, the PO5 is highly efficient and does not require massive amounts of power to reach high volumes. However, given its 500W AES power rating, using a high-quality amplifier will ensure you get the best control and dynamic range the speaker is capable of delivering.

While the PO5 is built to fill large spaces, its coaxial design helps it adapt well to various room sizes. Because the sound is focused and precise, it avoids the 'beaming' issues often found in large speakers, making it manageable in medium-to-large listening environments.

Each unit measures 48 inches high, 15.7 inches wide, and 8.7 inches deep, weighing approximately 57 pounds.
