Once you register your purchase with Kamenstein, you become eligible for their spice refill program. You typically order the spices you need through their portal, and they are shipped to you at no additional cost for the five-year duration.

The glass jars are generally dishwasher safe, but the lift-and-pour caps should be hand-washed. The heat from a dishwasher can warp the plastic caps or degrade the dispensing mechanism over time.

The rotating mechanism is designed primarily for countertop use. If you mount it on a wall, the rotation may be restricted or awkward depending on your installation, so it is best utilized as a stationary rack in that configuration.
