While memory foam is known for its contouring properties, it can sometimes retain heat. This mattress uses a standard memory foam construction, so if you are an exceptionally hot sleeper, you may want to consider using a cooling mattress protector or breathable sheets to help regulate your temperature.

Memory foam is excellent at motion isolation. Because the material absorbs energy rather than transferring it, you are unlikely to feel your partner shifting or getting in and out of bed during the night.

This mattress works well with most solid, flat surfaces, including platform beds, slatted frames, or adjustable bases. If you are using a slatted frame, ensure the slats are spaced no more than 3 inches apart to prevent the foam from sagging between them.

While the mattress may be ready to use shortly after unboxing, it typically takes 24 to 48 hours for the memory foam to fully expand and reach its intended firmness. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours to ensure you experience the full support and comfort of the 12-inch profile.
