The pad uses Qi wireless technology to heat your mug when it is placed on the center. When the mug is removed, the pad can be used to wirelessly charge any Qi-compatible smartphone at up to 15W.

The mug is crafted from fine ceramic, but due to the integrated heating technology in the base, it is not safe for microwave use. While the ceramic is durable, we recommend hand washing the mug to protect the heating elements and electronics in the base.

Yes, the mug relies on the induction heating from the pad to maintain your beverage's temperature. It does not have an internal battery, so it must remain on the coaster to keep your drink hot.

The mug is designed to keep your beverage at a consistent, optimal drinking temperature, typically around 130°F to 140°F (54°C to 60°C), preventing your coffee or tea from getting cold without scalding it.

While the mug will still heat without the lid, using it is highly recommended. The lid helps retain heat and prevents evaporation, ensuring your drink stays at the perfect temperature much more efficiently.
