The stainless steel baffle filters are dishwasher-safe, making maintenance straightforward. Simply remove them from the underside of the hood and place them in your dishwasher for a thorough clean whenever grease buildup becomes noticeable.

The unit includes the necessary telescoping chimney pieces to help you achieve a custom fit for your ceiling height. However, please note that you will need to supply your own 6-inch round ductwork to connect the hood to your home's external venting system.

A 400 CFM rating is generally effective for standard residential cooking needs, such as boiling, simmering, and everyday sautéing. If you frequently use high-heat methods like heavy searing or wok cooking, you may want to consider if this capacity meets your specific ventilation requirements.
