However, stomach sleepers may find it too soft, as it lacks the firm resistance typically required to keep the hips aligned in that position.

Unlike traditional memory foam, which can trap heat and create a 'sinking' sensation, AirFoam™ ICE is designed to be more breathable and responsive. The zoned construction provides firmer support under your hips and shoulders while remaining softer elsewhere, which helps maintain neutral spinal alignment.

The mattress is designed to mitigate heat retention through its copper-infused foam and breathable organic cotton cover. These materials work together to draw heat away from the body, making it a cooler option than standard high-density memory foam mattresses.

The Nolah Signature Foam works well with most solid, flat surfaces, including platform beds, slatted bases with slats no more than 3 inches apart, or adjustable bases. Ensure your foundation is sturdy enough to support the weight of the mattress to prevent sagging over time.
