Hand washing with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge is recommended. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or metal utensils, as these can scratch the ceramic surface and compromise its nonstick properties over time.

The sheets are designed for standard baking temperatures. While they are durable, it is best to avoid temperatures exceeding 500°F to preserve the integrity of the ceramic coating.

The heavy-gauge construction is designed to resist warping. However, like any metal bakeware, avoid placing a hot sheet directly into cold water, as the rapid temperature change can cause thermal shock and potential warping.
