Rapha Pro Team Vest

It is designed to be extremely compact. When not in use, it folds down small enough to fit easily into a standard jersey pocket without creating a bulky silhouette.

The race fit is tailored to be close to the body to minimize drag while in an aggressive cycling position. It is cut shorter at the front and longer at the back to ensure it sits perfectly when you are in the drops, rather than bunching up.

The fabric is engineered for breathability, allowing moisture to escape while blocking wind. While it is not a thermal layer, it manages temperature well during high-intensity efforts, though you may want to unzip it on very steep, slow climbs.

The vest is primarily designed for wind protection rather than heavy rain. While it can handle a light mist or road spray, it is not a waterproof jacket and will eventually soak through in a downpour.

Because of the slim race fit, this vest is intended to be worn over a jersey or a thin base layer. It will likely be too tight if you try to layer it over a bulky winter jacket.
