To unmold, simply place the pan on a sturdy can or a small bowl that is slightly smaller than the insert. Gently press down on the outer ring, allowing the ring to slide away from the cake, leaving your dessert perfectly intact on the base.

We recommend hand washing this pan with warm, soapy water to maintain the integrity of the anodized finish. Dishwashers can be harsh on specialized coatings and may shorten the lifespan of the pan.
