The cart model includes wheels for mobility, making it ideal if you want to reposition your grill on a patio or store it away. The built-in model is designed to be permanently integrated into an outdoor kitchen island, providing a seamless, custom look.

The grill body features a sloped bottom that naturally funnels grease and ash toward a collection point. For the easiest maintenance, we recommend adding the optional stainless steel tray, which slides out for quick disposal.

The side brasero is a dedicated fire basket used to burn wood or charcoal down into hot embers. This allows you to continuously shovel fresh coals under your cooking grate, ensuring a consistent heat source for long cooks without having to interrupt the process.

Because the grates are made from 1/2'' solid carbon steel, they are durable and easy to scrape clean while warm. Being modular, they are also easier to remove and handle than a single, heavy grate piece.
