The CeraCut® ceramic mechanism is harder than steel, which makes it corrosion-free and wear-resistant. Because it is ceramic, it is also completely odor- and taste-neutral, ensuring your salt and pepper flavors remain pure.

You can customize your seasoning by adjusting the grind setting directly on the mill. It offers a full range of options, allowing you to switch easily between a fine dust for delicate dishes and a coarse grind for finishing steaks or salads.

The sandblasted finish provides a unique, tactile texture that is surprisingly durable. To clean, simply wipe the exterior with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth; avoid submerging the wood in water or using harsh chemical cleaners.

Refilling is straightforward. You simply remove the rotary knob at the top of the mill to open the chamber, pour in your peppercorns or coarse salt, and replace the knob.

While these mills are specifically engineered for salt and pepper, the ceramic grinder is robust enough to handle dried herbs or spices of a similar hardness. However, we recommend dedicating specific mills to specific spices to avoid cross-contamination of flavors.
