This set uses a standard LPG hose that connects to any refillable propane tank, such as the ones typically used for gas grills. The included 36-inch stainless braided hose provides plenty of length to keep your tank at a safe distance from the heat source.

The 5-psi adjustable regulator allows you to dial the flame down, but this is a high-pressure cooker designed primarily for rapid heating and stir-frying. While you can lower the flame, it is best suited for high-heat applications rather than delicate simmering.
