The saucepan is oven safe up to 600°F, while the included glass lid is safe up to 425°F. This makes it versatile enough for finishing sauces or keeping dishes warm.

Unlike traditional nonstick coatings that often rely on PFAS, this pan uses a diamond-infused Thermolon ceramic coating. It is completely free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, offering a safer, toxin-free cooking surface.

While the pan is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the ceramic nonstick coating. Harsh dishwasher detergents can degrade the surface performance over time.
