Dosa Lunghi Napkin

Khadi is a traditional hand-spun and hand-woven fabric that is known for its unique, slightly irregular texture. Because these napkins are handloomed, they have a more organic, tactile quality than mass-produced cotton, and the washed finish ensures they feel soft and broken-in right from the start.

The fringed edges are a deliberate design detail, but like any textile with raw edges, you may see a few loose threads after the first wash. We recommend washing them on a gentle cycle and trimming any stray threads to maintain the intended artisanal look.

At 26" x 16", these are quite generous in size compared to standard square napkins. The rectangular shape provides ample coverage for your lap, making them substantial enough for formal dinners while still feeling relaxed enough for casual lunches.

To preserve the integrity of the handloomed cotton and the indigo color, machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with like colors. Air drying is recommended to prevent shrinkage and maintain the texture of the fabric.

Because these napkins are crafted from handloomed fabric, there may be slight variations in the stripe alignment and weave from piece to piece. This is a hallmark of the artisanal process and adds to the character of the set rather than being a defect.
