Nambé Platter

You can do both. The Nambé Alloy is designed to withstand high heat, so you can safely use it on the stovetop or in the oven to cook dishes like fajitas or spanakopita before bringing them directly to the table.

To chill the platter, simply place it in the freezer for a short period before serving. The metal alloy is excellent at retaining cold temperatures, making it ideal for keeping shrimp, fruit, or chilled hors d'oeuvres at the perfect temperature.

This platter must be hand-washed with mild soap and dried immediately to maintain its finish. Avoid using the dishwasher, as the harsh detergents and high heat can damage the alloy's surface.

An 11-inch square platter is well-suited for serving appetizers, side dishes, or a main course for two to four people. Its compact, geometric shape makes it a versatile choice for smaller gatherings or as a centerpiece for shared plates.

While the Nambé Alloy is highly durable, it can develop fine surface scratches over time with regular use, which is characteristic of the material. To keep it looking its best, avoid using abrasive scrubbers or sharp metal utensils directly on the surface.
