Yes, terrazzo is a dense, composite material that provides significant weight and stability. While it is heavy enough to resist tipping in most residential settings, we recommend placing it on a level surface to ensure maximum security.

This model does not come with pre-drilled drainage holes, allowing you to choose whether to use it as a decorative cachepot or drill your own holes for direct planting. If you plan to plant directly, we recommend drilling holes to prevent water accumulation and root rot.

Terrazzo is highly durable and weather-resistant, making it suitable for year-round outdoor use in many climates. However, if you live in an area with frequent freeze-thaw cycles, we recommend elevating the pot slightly off the ground to prevent moisture from getting trapped underneath.

Simply wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can dull the finish and potentially scratch the terrazzo surface.

The 36-inch measurement refers to the outer diameter of the pot. Please account for the thickness of the terrazzo walls when calculating the exact planting space available for your root ball.
