Blendtec Twister Jar

The Twister Jar is specifically engineered for thick, low-moisture recipes like nut butters, hummus, and acai bowls. Its manual twist lid forces ingredients from the sides of the jar back into the blade, preventing the air pockets that often stall standard blender jars.

The Twister Jar is compatible with almost all Blendtec consumer blender models. However, it is not compatible with the Mix n' Blend series.

While your blender is running, you manually rotate the lid counter-clockwise. This movement engages the built-in tines to scrape the sides of the jar, ensuring all ingredients are pushed into the blade for a perfectly smooth, uniform consistency.

The Spectacula is a custom-designed spatula shaped specifically to fit the contours of the Twister Jar. It allows you to easily scrape out every bit of your thick blends, minimizing waste and making cleanup much more efficient.

Yes, the jar is constructed from durable, BPA-free Tritan™ copolyester. This material is impact-resistant, clear for easy visibility, and safe for all your food preparation needs.

While it is optimized for thick recipes, the jar includes a Mini Gripper lid that allows you to process thinner blends as well. However, for large-batch liquid recipes, a standard Blendtec jar is generally more efficient.
