While it works well for both, it is particularly effective for corn tortillas. If you are pressing flour tortillas, you may need to let the dough rest longer to prevent it from springing back, as flour dough is more elastic.

The aluminum is durable, but it is not dishwasher safe. We recommend hand washing it with warm, soapy water and drying it immediately to prevent any oxidation or discoloration.
