The UPS350 is designed to be compatible with most portable and inground spas. As long as your spa system supports a 120V ozonator and has the necessary plumbing for a 1/4-inch tubing connection, it should integrate seamlessly.

While the UPS350 significantly reduces the amount of sanitizer you need by oxidizing contaminants, it does not replace chemicals entirely. You will still need to maintain a residual level of sanitizer, such as bromine or chlorine, to ensure your water remains safe and balanced.

The package comes with everything you need for a standard setup, including a 1/4-inch by 1/4-inch check valve, 6 feet of 1/4-inch ID PVC tubing, a 1/4-inch barb adapter, and the necessary mounting hardware.

Installation is straightforward if you are comfortable with basic plumbing and electrical connections. Since the unit comes with all essential accessories, most users can complete the setup in under an hour, though you should consult your spa's manual to locate the correct ozone injection point.

Like most spa ozonators, the internal components will eventually lose efficiency. You can typically expect the unit to perform effectively for 18 to 24 months before the ozone output diminishes and a replacement becomes necessary.
