Anchal Naari Quilt

Kantha is a traditional Indian embroidery technique that involves running stitches across layers of fabric. In this quilt, it creates a unique, textured surface that holds the six layers of organic cotton together while adding durability and a distinct, handcrafted aesthetic.

This is an all-season quilt. Because it is constructed from six layers of organic cotton, it offers a substantial weight and warmth that works well as a standalone layer in moderate temperatures or as a decorative, cozy addition to a duvet during colder months.

Despite its artisanal construction, this quilt is machine washable. We recommend washing it on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent, then tumble drying on low or line drying to preserve the integrity of the stitching and the organic cotton fibers.

The quilt is dyed using non-toxic, low-impact AZO-free dyes. While these are safer for the environment and your home, like any natural textile, you should wash it with like colors to prevent potential transfer and avoid harsh chemical cleaners to maintain the vibrancy of the patterns.

The quilt is fully reversible. One side features a vibrant, geometric patchwork pattern, while the reverse offers a sleek, solid charcoal finish accented with subtle bone-colored stitching, allowing you to switch up your bedroom decor easily.
