The set includes a 2"x 4" slotted turner, which is ideal for draining excess fat and handling delicate items like fish, and a larger 3"x 5" turner, which provides more surface area for flipping burgers or larger proteins.

These turners feature beveled stainless steel edges, which are designed for scraping and lifting from stainless steel or cast iron pans. We do not recommend using them on non-stick surfaces, as the metal edge may scratch or damage the coating.

Full-tang construction means the metal blade extends through the entire length of the handle. This provides superior balance, prevents the handle from snapping under pressure, and ensures the tool can withstand heavy-duty use over a lifetime.

The beveled edge allows the turner to slide easily underneath food, even when it is pressed tightly against the pan. This precision makes it much easier to flip delicate items without breaking them.

To maintain the wood, hand wash the turners and dry them immediately rather than letting them soak in the sink. Periodically applying a food-safe mineral oil will help prevent the wood from drying out or cracking over time.
