This set is designed for standard 58mm portafilter baskets. If your machine uses a 58mm commercial-style group head, it will be compatible, but we recommend checking your specific basket diameter to ensure a precise fit.

Both tools feature a simple screw mechanism. You can loosen the adjustment ring, set your desired depth based on your coffee dose, and tighten it back to lock the position for consistent tamping every time.

The distribution tool (C1) levels the coffee grounds to prevent channeling, while the palm tamper (C2) compresses the bed to create a uniform puck. Using both ensures an even extraction, which is essential for a balanced espresso shot.

Beyond its look, the stripe pattern provides a tactile, anti-slip grip. This makes it easier to maintain a steady hand and apply consistent pressure, even if your hands are slightly damp during your morning routine.

Because they are made from 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, you should hand wash them with mild soap and warm water. Avoid using a dishwasher, as the high heat and harsh detergents can damage the finish and the adjustment mechanism.
