The brown finish is a stain that allows the natural grain of the parawood to show through slightly, giving it a more authentic, traditional wood look rather than a flat, painted appearance.

The chair features a contoured wooden seat designed for ergonomic support, so it is comfortable for standard dining durations without a cushion. However, adding a seat pad can provide extra comfort if you plan on using the chairs for extended periods or long dinner parties.
