CIARRA Induction Cooktop

Induction cooktops require magnetic cookware. If a magnet sticks firmly to the bottom of your pot or pan, it is compatible with this CIARRA unit.

The Flex Zone allows you to combine two cooking zones into one larger area. This is ideal for using oversized cookware like griddles, roasting pans, or large oval pots that wouldn't fit on a standard circular burner.

Because induction technology heats the cookware directly rather than the surface, the glass remains relatively cool. However, it will still absorb some residual heat from the hot pan, so it is best to avoid touching the cooking area immediately after use.

The ceramic glass surface is very easy to maintain because the area surrounding the pan stays cool, preventing food spills from burning or sticking. A simple wipe with a damp cloth or a dedicated glass cleaner is usually all that is needed.

Power Boost temporarily increases the wattage of a specific burner to its maximum capacity. This is perfect for tasks that require intense heat, such as bringing a large pot of water to a boil in a fraction of the usual time.

This unit requires a 240V hardwired electrical connection. Unless you have professional experience with high-voltage electrical installations, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure safety and compliance with local building codes.
