AOSION Nonstick Wok

Yes, the AOSION wok is fully induction compatible. It is also designed to work efficiently on gas, electric, and halogen stovetops.

The wok features a 100% PFOA-free nonstick coating, which is safe for standard cooking temperatures. However, like most nonstick cookware, it is best to avoid extremely high heat to preserve the longevity of the coating.

The set includes the 13-inch wok, a matching lid, a steamer basket, a spatula, and a ladle. It is a comprehensive starter kit for stir-frying and steaming.

While the included spatula and ladle are designed for the pan, we recommend using silicone or wooden utensils to prevent scratching the nonstick surface and to extend the life of your cookware.

The steamer basket is designed to sit securely inside the wok, allowing you to steam vegetables or dumplings while cooking other ingredients below. It is best used for steaming tasks rather than simultaneous stir-frying, as the basket will occupy the cooking space.
