This is a reed diffuser, which uses porous rattan reeds to draw the scented oil from the glass vessel and disperse it into the air naturally. It does not require electricity or heat to function.

No, this product is not pet-safe. We recommend keeping it in a room that your pets cannot access to avoid any potential health issues from the concentrated fragrance oils.

The scent intensity is not adjustable. However, you can slightly control the throw by adding or removing reeds; fewer reeds will result in a more subtle fragrance, while using all of them will provide maximum scent distribution.

This diffuser is not hypoallergenic. If you or your household members have sensitivities to fragrances or essential oils, it is best to exercise caution or avoid use in enclosed spaces.

To refresh the fragrance, simply flip the reeds upside down once every week or two. This helps saturate the top of the reeds with fresh oil and keeps the scent consistent.
