While the stainless steel construction is durable, we recommend hand-washing and drying your knives immediately after use to protect the titanium coating and keep the edges sharp for longer.

This set includes a dedicated pull-through knife sharpener, which makes it easy to touch up the edges of your blades whenever you notice a decrease in cutting precision.

The handles are crafted from TPR (thermoplastic rubber), which provides a slip-resistant, ergonomic grip. This design ensures the knives remain secure and comfortable in your hand, even when you are performing repetitive chopping tasks.

To keep the acacia wood block in top condition, wipe it down with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid submerging it in water, and consider applying a food-safe wood oil occasionally to maintain the finish.

The set includes both a small and a large santoku knife, allowing you to choose the right size based on the scale of your ingredients. These knives are excellent for slicing, dicing, and mincing with a rocking motion.
