USA Pan Sheet Pan

The pan measures approximately 21 inches by 15 inches. Before purchasing, we recommend measuring the interior of your oven to ensure it clears the racks and walls, as this size is larger than a standard half-sheet pan.

The unique fluted surface design promotes better airflow underneath your food. This helps achieve a more even bake, prevents the pan from warping under high heat, and encourages a crispier crust on cookies and roasted vegetables.

While the Americoat surface is durable, we recommend using silicone, nylon, or wooden tools to avoid scratching the nonstick coating. Using metal utensils can shorten the lifespan of the finish and lead to food sticking over time.

While the manufacturer notes the pan is dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm, soapy water is highly recommended. Hand washing helps preserve the integrity of the nonstick coating and prevents the aluminized steel from dulling over time.

Thanks to the Americoat nonstick surface, you generally do not need to use parchment paper or silicone mats for most recipes. However, using them can still be helpful for easy cleanup when roasting sticky glazes or baking delicate items.
