The Yorktown table uses a 20-inch lift-off leaf. To extend the table from 76 inches to 96 inches, you manually remove the center section, which is designed to be stored separately when not in use.

The charcoal finish is durable, but like most wood furniture, it should be wiped down with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges, as these can dull the finish or damage the oak veneer over time.

The floor-to-apron clearance is 26.5 inches. Most standard dining chairs with a seat height of 18 to 19 inches will fit comfortably, but you should measure your specific chairs to ensure they slide in without hitting the 3-inch apron.

It is constructed using a blend of solid hardwood, engineered wood, and oak veneer. This combination is intentional; the solid hardwood provides structural integrity, while the veneer and engineered wood offer stability and resistance to warping in varying humidity levels.

At its base length of 76 inches, it comfortably seats six people. Once you insert the 20-inch leaf to reach its full 96-inch length, you can easily accommodate eight to ten guests, depending on the width of your dining chairs.
