Teak is a dense, oil-rich hardwood that is naturally resistant to moisture and decay. Over time, the natural teak finish will develop a silver-gray patina if exposed to sunlight, or you can use teak oil periodically if you prefer to maintain the original honey-toned color.

The chair features a seat height of 19 1/2 inches, which is standard for most dining tables. While the design prioritizes clean, architectural lines, the softened chamfered edges on the frame ensure it remains comfortable for extended seating.

The neoclassical back is designed primarily for aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. While it provides a stable upright posture, it does not feature ergonomic lumbar contouring, so it is best suited for formal dining rather than lounging.
