Cherner Oval Table

The table is constructed from high-quality molded plywood and cross-ply plywood. The tabletop features a solid edge for durability, while the legs utilize the signature molded plywood technique developed by the Cherner Chair Company to ensure structural integrity and a seamless aesthetic.

The table arrives flat-packed and requires assembly. While it can be completed by a homeowner, we recommend having two people present to handle the tabletop safely during the attachment of the legs.

The 84-inch version is generally best for seating six people comfortably, while the 92-inch version provides extra breathing room for six or can accommodate eight guests if chairs are placed along the sides. Consider your room's dimensions and ensure you have at least 36 inches of clearance around the table for comfortable movement.

The table offers flexibility in design, allowing you to select different finishes for the top and the legs if you prefer a two-tone look. You can choose from options like natural walnut, classic walnut, European Beech veneer, or classic ebony to suit your interior palette.

To maintain the finish, use a soft, damp cloth for regular cleaning and avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges. Because this is a natural wood product, it is best to use coasters and placemats to protect the surface from moisture and heat damage over time.
