The base kit does not include a floor, but an optional floor kit is available for purchase. This kit includes the necessary OSB flooring and treated sub-floor framing to provide a stable foundation.

The siding and trim arrive 98% pre-primed, which significantly reduces your prep time. You will only need to perform minor touch-ups or finish the final coat to match your preferred color scheme.

Because the pieces are precut and the fasteners are included, you will primarily need standard DIY tools such as a cordless drill, a level, a hammer, and a ladder. We recommend having at least two people available for the assembly process to ensure safety and efficiency.

The shed features a sturdy swivel door latch that provides a secure closure. While it is effective for standard workshop security, you may choose to add a padlock to the latch for additional peace of mind.

The aluminum corner trim is rust-resistant, meaning it requires very little maintenance compared to traditional wood trim. Simply wiping it down during your seasonal cleaning should keep it in excellent condition.
