Yes, the fixture includes an adjustable canopy system specifically designed to accommodate sloped ceilings, ensuring the pendant hangs level regardless of your ceiling pitch.

The Vix is compatible with 0-10V, TRIAC, and ELV dimming systems when used at 120V AC. We recommend confirming your existing wall dimmer type before installation to ensure smooth, flicker-free performance.

Both options provide the same total light output of 1720 lumens. The 2700K option offers a warmer, more traditional glow ideal for dining areas, while the 3500K option provides a slightly crisper, neutral light better suited for task-oriented spaces like home offices.

The drop length is adjustable during the initial installation process to suit your ceiling height and table clearance. Once the canopy is secured and the wires are trimmed, the height is fixed.

With 1720 lumens and both up and down-lighting, the Vix is designed to provide significant illumination. It works best as a primary light source over dining tables, kitchen islands, or long workspaces.

For the wood, use a soft, dry cloth to dust regularly. The aluminum and polymer sections can be wiped down with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth; avoid using harsh chemical cleaners to preserve the finish.
